The starting time for competitors for the Hebburn tri are shown below. Please ensure that you are poolside 10 minutes before your start time. There will be a race briefing at 7.15am.

This year's Hebburn triathlon will be held on 1^st August 2010.  The event comprises of a 400m pool Swim, 20k bike and 5k run.  Start and finish at Hebburn Swimming Pool.
